With the Remote Managed Service Plan, GC Tech keeps your business up and running, so you can focus on what you do best.

Disaster Recovery Service: Includes a 2TB (at minimum) onsite storage server and image backups of managed servers/workstations. With the disaster recovery service, GC Tech can bring a server back online more quickly so you can get back to business!

Microsoft's rocky road to services

It's not too often that you hear Microsoft admit that a strategy or product isn't running smoothly, so the fact that the company is admitting that its managed services foray has been a bit rocky is surprising news indeed. The vendor hopes to become a trusted provider of IT management but some software shortcomings are proving troublesome. While the program, Microsoft Managed Services, is still in its incubation period, the company says that it needs improved Internet transparency in order to work as expected.
